hooray ! we received the remade power pins earlier this week and completed the last of the orders. they have been dropped off at the post office and should be on heir way to remaining backers ! thank you SO much everyone for your patience and your support ! we hope you love your rewards. please reach out if there are any issues with your order and we will be happy to help !

we finished just in time too to announce the launch of our new collection heaven/hell 2 which can be found on alumeire artist, Jaizure's account ! these demon and angel themed pins would look so good on the throne and dark angel banners ! the campaign runs until january 2nd so check it out if you like the designs !

LAST DESIGNS HAVE ARRIVED + LOCKING ORDERS

hi everyone ! we are back from our trip, unfortunately the pins did not arrive before we left like we'd hoped so we are beginning grading those now ! this means orders with widow's wrath, jam on toast and sleepy sheepy will start being fulfilled.

before that though, we need to lock addresses, an email was sent out already informing backers but if you missed it please reach out to us within the next three days to change your address. 

for EU and UK backers we will be working on setting up and sending out listings to those who we have already heard from. if we have not heard from you your orders will be cancelled and the $1 pledge will not be refunded. On november 1st any outstanding orders that have not been purchased will  be cancelled. Please purchase your listing by november 1st to avoid cancellation.

All backers who have not filled out their surveys or fixed payment by november first will also have their pledges cancelled. 

lastly, thank you to all who have volunteered for a B grade power pin it will help us fill more orders quicker. we do have to report though that not enough people have taken this offer to allow us to finish fulfillment so if your order contains an A grade of power it may be delayed until the remakes are finished. She is currently in production so we are hoping to have her within the next 1-2 months. if you missed the form or would like to take the B grade pin deal you can fill out this [SURVEY] .

all other orders should be filled and sent out early november ! thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding ! we apologize that not all orders are on track for our original fulfillment deadline but we hope that they are worth the wait 🖤

UPDATES + IMPORTANT (if you bought power) PLEASE READ

hey everyone some good news and not so good news today.

last week we packed all the orders we could currently fill, we will be dropping off the last of those at the post office today ! if you are from the EU please check your messages and make sure you have purchased your listings, your orders will be cancelled if they are not purchased by the time the kickstarter fulfillment is complete. 

we have an update from our manufacturer that the final three pins, sleepy sheepy, widow's wrath and jam on toast will be ready this friday. we had to postpone our earlier trip as jaizure got sick but she is feeling better now, this does mean our trip was moved to the 18th however. we are expecting if the manu stays true to the date they gave us that the pins will be with us before we leave. we plan to bring some of the pins along with us on the trip so they can be graded and that way when we are back on the 24th we can fulfill the rest of the orders 🖤

fulfillment should go quickly between the two of us so we are on track to complete our promised october fulfillment date !! ... well... almost....

while we ordered over twice as many power pins as we needed for fulfillment, the unfortunate situation is the pins ended up with a high amount of defects, over half the pins are not acceptable to send off as A grades to our backers. we have spoken to our manufacturer who is going to remake the pins for us at no cost and has estimated that the replacement pins will be finished within a month's time. 

however,  we understand we estimated an october fulfillment date and do not want to keep our backers waiting any longer than we said they would ! because of this we are offering compensation for any backer who has NOT had their pins shipped yet, to take a B grade power pin and in return they will be able to choose a free gift ! an additional B grade of any one pin from the campaign. 

a B grade pin for those who don't know is a pin with minor flaws, unfortunately due to the flaws on power some are a bit more noticeable than others. the most common flaws on power were : areas with missing fill, unevenly filled enamel (especially in the stained glass halo), cracked enamel, light tarnishing, and punctures in the stained glass areas

If you are interested in this offer, please fill out [THIS FORM]. if you prefer an A grade power pin then you don't have to do anything and we will ship those out as soon as we're able. please be aware that a perfect pin is rare and A grade pins may still have some very small flaws. 

to be clear we do have SOME A grade power pins still left, just not enough to cover every order. so some orders with A grades will be shipped out on time. if enough people take the B grade offer then all orders will be able to be fulfilled this month. we're really sorry for this and hope this offer is fair to you all, sadly even when taking necessary precautions, sometimes these things just happen.

MORE PINS ARRIVING !

hey everyone quick update ! we have word some more designs are being shipped to us ! the next batch will include:

falling star, maiden, oni, samoa, moonlit, and trophy ! 

we will be out of town and/or busy the next few weeks with travel and rose city comic con, but we will do our best to get grading and sending out orders when they arrive ! at the latest they will be sent out mid october but hopefully we can get them out towards the end of september 🙏 we'll be sending out final address confirmation notices to anyone it applies to for the next batch and you'll have about a week before you'll get the last email letting you know addresses will be locking.

we just have three more pins we're waiting on: jam on toast, widow's wrath and sleepy sheepy. once we have those we will be able to complete fulfillment entirely !

EU backers have all been notified and will have until those last three pins arrive to confirm their selections and complete their purchases before they will be considered void. remember, while these items will be for sale after the campaign, this is the only chance to get them shipped together before they go to their separate artist storefronts which will save international backers a lot on shipping ! 

this also applies to any backer who has not complected their survey or fixed a declined payment.
