MORE PINS ARE HERE !

hi everyone ! as promised more pins have arrived ! we now have : banshee, inugami, fox maiden, power, and swan !
we are currently in the process of grading and assuming all goes well we will begin shipping out qualifying orders soon. here are the items we currently have in stock:
all banners
banshee, bento borx, bow the cat, el chupacabra, holy serpent, inugami, jiangshi, kitsune, memory, mourning dove, potion of healing, power, silent night, sin, and swan
if you have an item that is not listed above then your order will not be shipped at this time.
we have unfortunately hit some issues during grading, we have a large amount of defects on swan, which was also the most popular pin in the campaign 😥 we haven't finished grading them yet but we should have at least enough for this batch of orders. if we don't, we will fill as many as we can. we are currently in negotiation with our manufacturer to get the pins remade so we can finish any leftover orders and have some left to put up on our shops when the campaign is complete. we will keep you all updated on how this goes !
we will also be working on getting messages out to all of our EU and UK backers by the end of the month in order to complete your purchases via etsy.
we will do our best to finish the current batch of orders and send out EU/UK messages by the end of the month but we will be out of town from augsut 31st to september 5th. so if we do not complete this batch by then we will finish up early september when we return home !
orders that qualify for this round of shipping will be receiving a confirmation email to finalize your shipping address. if you need to make any edits to your address you can do so through the link provided in the email. if you are not in this batch but still need to change your address please follow this [LINK] to recover your survey and make any additional changes.
lastly we received a message about a defective banner (print issues) that arrived to one of our backers. if you have gotten or receive a banner that you feel is unsatisfactory in quality please reach out to us with a photo of the defect and we will gladly replace it at no cost to you ! quality is important to us and we want to be sure that you get a product that you are happy with !

hi sorry we realized our last update may have been a little confusing. we had sent messages to all EU backers who qualified for the last shipment ! if you did NOT qualify due to having items in your rewards that we do not have in hand yet, then we will reach out to you to set up your etsy listing around the end of august or early september !
if you got a message but did not reply by now we will setup your listing still but it will be shipped with the next batch of orders please message us if you have any other questions thank you !

just letting everyone know at this time all orders we can currently fill have been shipped ! that includes orders with one or a combination of: any of the banners and/or the pins: bento borx, bow the cat, el chupacabra, holy serpent, jiangshi memory, mourning dove, potion of healing, silent night, and sin.
we are expecting some more designs to come in soon. if your rewards included any items not listed above then it was not part of this batch ! we will update as soon as the next pins arrive. If you fix your payment now but qualify as one of the above orders it will be shipped with the next batch.
lastly we have messaged eu backers about their orders please check your messages if you have not purchased your items yet !

hi everyone ! it's been about a month since our last update lets see whats happening now : )
progress so far
so far we've sent out all orders and preorders that were banner only OR included mourning dove and/or potion of healing 🖤 those were all done by the end of the july ! If we've overlooked your order by mistake please message us and we'll get it out to you !

just today we have received some more of our pins from our manufacturer ! some are still in production but so far we have:
bento borx, bow the cat, el chupacabra, holy serpent, jiangshi, memory, silent night, and sin
what's next ?
next we will begin grading and then packing orders that include one or a combination of the items mentioned above ! of course if your order includes a pin we do not have yet it will have to wait but we are expecting some more soon ! we will aim to have this current batch of orders done before the end of august !

JULY UPDATE - POTION OF HEALING + MOURNING DOVE + FINAL SAMPLES HERE

hi everyone ! potion of healing and mourning dove pins have been completed and will be shipping out to us soon so we plan to send out any orders that include just those pins or those pins with banners later this month !
we also finally have the last of the samples here are the photos :
now that we have all the photos to show you guys we will be locking all orders in two days to give you time to make any final changes to your choices ! Once orders are all locked we'll be charging cards for any remaining add-ons. after that the last of the pins will go into production. Thank you again all for your patience these samples have taken a lot longer than we are used to dealing with. we are hoping now that they are finished the production will go a bit more smoothly. we won't have a lot of updates once production starts so please be understanding if there is no news for a while !
